Small Group Ministries

Intentional relationships are essential to sustained spiritual growth. In a small group, people study God's word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where they pray, care for and support one another.

We have a variety of small group resources available to fit your ministry’s needs including current and relevant recommended group studies, small group leader training information, and a ministry team to call whenever Small Group related questions arise.

Women's Ministry

It is our desire that we, as an auxiliary of the Conference, compliment the ministry of the total church. We continue to offer events that introduce women to Jesus Christ and teach them how to walk daily in their relationship with Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. As you endeavor to minister to women in your church and community, prayerfully consider the purpose of women's ministries.

The following purpose was recently adopted by the Executive Committee to give direction to the churches and women of the Pacific Conference.

The purpose of women's ministries is GROWTH. We have found a number of resources that have helped us in our ministry and we believe they can help you too! These resources include some you may borrow and some you can find online.

This year we are focusing on compassion ministries. We have compiled a short list of things that our churches are doing to live out compassion. Please use this list as inspiration for your own acts of compassion wherever you are!

Our vision is to bring glory to God through any ministry that God brings before us. Our goal is to be a resource to ministry leaders and to encourage the Men’s Ministry that God wants for YOUR church.

This year's focus is in the area of Disaster Preparedness. From Winter Storms, to extended power outages, to any number of disasters that may strike at any time, we in the Men's ministries want to equip and see you prepared to face those challenges.

"A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the dilligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame." + Proverbs 10:4-5

Please join us in considering this often over-looked issue that can so easily catch us unawares if we haven't prepared properly.

As has been the case, we continue to believe that Men’s Ministries are an important ministry within the church body because the biblical design of the family encourages men to lead in love, to provide, and to protect. We are bringing together multiple resources (online and in print) to bring about the positive changes and vision you see for your church. One site that is offering good resources and encouragement is Men Stepping Up. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

We know there are negative influences on men, women, and marriages, yet 2 Corinthians 10:4 says the weapons we fight with are not of this world and we have the power through Jesus to demolish these strongholds. We are willing to stand beside you in this fight and to help men rise up to be what God intends for our families, churches, and communities.

No events are planned at this time.
